The Aviation Department of the City of Charlotte (CLT) is excited to extend a Request for Proposals (RFP) to lease +/-19.46 acres of Airport-owned land at the northeast intersection of Wilkinson Boulevard and Todd Road. The property with tax identification number 05537121 is being subdivided by the City of Charlotte at the Aviation Department’s request. The plat for the +/-19.46 acres being offered in this RFP is included as an exhibit to the RFP. CLT has proposed this site be developed as a gas station and has included a proposed site plan for the property which has been reviewed by the Federal Aviation Administration as a part of the environmental assessment for the site.

The non-mandatory pre-response conference scheduled for February 10, 2022 will be held virtually via Microsoft Teams. To participate in this conference, please email Jennifer Thompson at economicaffairs@cltairport.com to receive the Teams connection information.

The successful proposal will be selected on experience, construction concept and timeline, and compensation.
