Food service job with benefits.

Describe your typical workday?
Set up bar and get ready to serve the customers.

What do you like most about working at CLT?
The people. Never a dull moment. I get to meet people from all over the world including Cheech and Chong.

What daily attitude/saying/motto do you bring to your job?
Another exciting day at Charlotte Douglas. Wonderful day in the neighborhood.

Do you have any fun memories or moments/stories from your time at CLT that you would like to share?
I knew Josh Birmingham, Jerry Orr and Peter Graves. I was there for the closing of the old Airport the night of May 1, 1982 and for the opening of the new Airport on May 2, 1982.

What makes the city of Charlotte a special place to live/work?
It’s home and my birthplace, as well as an up and coming city. Lots to see and do.

What is the best advice you’ve gotten from someone since starting work at CLT?
Work and have fun.

If you could hop on a plane and fly anywhere, where would you fly and why?
Greek Islands, Germany, Ireland and to Seattle to see my granddaughter. The Greek Islands, Germany and Ireland because I saw them on Love Boat and dream about going.
