Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964
Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 assures that no person shall be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be otherwise subjected to discrimination under any program or activity on the grounds of race, color, or national origin (including limited English proficiency).

If you wish to submit a complaint or concern related to discrimination based on race, color, national origin, or another protected characteristic under Title VI of the Civil Rights Act, please submit an email to officeofcivilrights@cltairport.com. All complaints must be submitted in writing within 180 days of the discriminatory event.
When submitting a complaint or concern, please include the following information:
- Complainant name
- Complaint allegation
- Basis of alleged discrimination
- Location of the incident
- Date and time of incident
- Description of the individual
