I Speak Buttons
Traveling as a person with limited English proficiency can be challenging, and it can be difficult for others to understand the hurdles you may face.
Charlotte Douglas International Airport is committed to helping its multilingual customers by identifying staff members who can assist in various languages.
Staff members in the CLT Terminal can be found wearing bright yellow, oval buttons with black lettering. These “I Speak” buttons indicate to customers that a staff member speaks two or more languages and is available to assist you in a language other than English.
"I Speak" buttons are available in the following 29 languages:
