Industrial/Warehouse

CLT offers a mix of industrial warehouse buildings.

Park 160 is located on West Boulevard and is a mix of four multi-tenanted buildings and two single-user buildings. The multi-tenanted buildings range in size from 600 square feet to approximately 2,500 square feet. The two single-tenanted buildings are 17,000 and 21,000 square feet.

Office

CLT offers a conveniently located office building in the cargo area.

The Old Terminal office building has 46,000 net rentable square feet. Office sizes range from one single of approximately 275 square feet to multiple office settings of 5,000 square feet.

Air Cargo

CLT offers a variety of facilities.

• Yorkmont Road: Single occupant Facilities with direct ramp access range from 23,000 square feet to 80,000 square feet.
• Express Drive: Multi-tenanted buildings with direct ramp access offer space sizes from 1200 to 3000 square feet.

Corporate Hangars

CLT’s Fixed-Base Operator is Wilson Air. Vince Papke or Dave Tresaloni can assist with providing space for corporate aircraft in our group hangars, which can accommodate corporate aircraft of all sizes.

Charlotte Douglas International Airport is approximately 1.8 million square feet consisting of various airline service and offices space, restaurants, retail stores, airline related business.
