Tenant Modification Application

Space modification requests by tenants must be submitted for review. No space modifications can occur without formal approval via the Tenant Modification Application (TMA) process.

If a tenant wishes to modify leased space, please submit a Tenant Modification Application. To reference this process, view the TMA Guidelines.
