Wheelchair Services

Wheelchair Services-Photo Wheelchair services and other requests for disability assistance are managed by the airlines, not the airport. Please contact your airline immediately for any assistance needs required to navigate from curbside to the gate.

Important Information:
• It is strongly recommended to notify the airline at least 24 hours before your trip.
• Passengers in need of wheelchair services or other disability assistance are advised to arrive early or factor in extra time for your CLT layover.
Please Note: Wheelchair transport to the gate is prioritized based on departure time, not arrival time to the airport.
