Program Information & Application

Charlotte Douglas International Airport’s Food Truck Program provides local and small businesses with an opportunity to operate at designated Airport locations through a non-traditional concession program. Selected vendors participate through 12-month contract periods and must comply with applicable City of Charlotte, health, insurance and program requirements.

Application Instructions
Interested vendors must submit a completed application and all required documentation through the application link below. Applications are accepted and reviewed twice annually. Selected vendors receive a 12-month contract and must meet all insurance, sanitation and program requirements before scheduling shifts.

Fall/Winter application period: Applications open August 3, 2026. Review the checklist and program manual before submitting an application.
