  • Maximum vehicle height for entrance is 9'.
  • Designated Express Deck shuttles provide non-stop service to and from the terminal's lower level in Zone 2. Upon your return to Charlotte, exit the Baggage Claim/Lower Level doors and proceed to the Zone 2 Express Deck shuttle stop.
  • Valet attendants park vehicles and provide complimentary luggage assistance.
  • Car wash and vehicle maintenance services available. Ask an attendant for details.

This premium parking option provides travelers with the ultimate convenience of leaving your vehicle with a valet attendant in the deck. Upon your return to CLT, call 704.559.9482 and your vehicle will be ready for you when you arrive at the deck.

As of July 1, 2026 - Express Deck Preferred will transition from a valet parking service to a traditional self-parking deck. The name will remain the same and the product will continue to be available only via online booking with the same shuttle service to/from the terminal. Valet parking, located on Level 1 in the Hourly Deck, will continue to be CLT’s valet service product available to book online, with car wash and vehicle maintenance services available.
