Americans with Disabilities Act

Americans with Disabilities Act-Photo Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requires that public entities adopt and publish grievance procedures to assure the prompt and equitable resolution of complaints. The purpose of this grievance procedure is to resolve as promptly as possible any problems, complaints, or conflicts related to the City’s ADA & Title VI compliance without the need for the complainant to resort to other remedies available under the law.

If you wish to submit a complaint or concern related to accessing airport facilities, services, or programs due to a disability, in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), please submit an email to adacoordinator@cltairport.com.

When submitting a complaint or concern, please include the following information:

  • Complainant name
  • Nature of the complaint
  • Date and time of incident
  • Location of the incident
  • Airline
  • 6-letter flight confirmation code (Passenger Record Number (PRN)
