Destination District

Exhibit 1 - Destination District Central Demonstration Site Plan (002) Destination District Central is a planned 40-acre-mixed-use development at the entrance of Charlotte Douglas International Airport. It’s designed to create a true sense of arrival by adding hotels, restaurants, retail, and other services that currently don’t exist near the Airport. Development and selection of tenants for this project is being coordinated by Crosland Southeast.
