CLT Airport to Host Job Fair April 25 at Bojangles Coliseum

CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT), along with its tenants and partners, will host an Airport Job Fair from 9 a.m. to noon on Saturday, April 25, at Bojangles Coliseum, 2700 East Independence Blvd.

Hundreds of full-and part-time, seasonal and temporary positions are available from entry level to managerial. Participating employers include American Airlines, PSA Airlines, Paradies Lagardère, City of Charlotte – Aviation Department, and various other city departments and airport-related businesses. Candidates should bring multiple copies of their resumes.

“CLT is more than a workplace, it’s a gateway to the world,” said CLT Workforce Development Manager Alison Mitchell. “The Airport Job Fair gives candidates the opportunity to explore meaningful careers that support millions of travelers each year while working in a dynamic, one-of-a-kind environment.”

Since 2021, the Airport Job Fair has helped connect more than 2,300 job seekers with career opportunities from airport businesses, partners, and the City of Charlotte. One success story is Jhon Restrepo, who was hired as a Security Operations Coordinator at CLT during the 2024 event.

Business casual attire is recommended. Job seekers can meet hiring managers, explore open positions, and may even interview, complete drug testing, and receive conditional offers on site.

The Airport Job Fair is accessible via public transportation, with Charlotte Area Transit System (CATS) Bus Stop 27 located near Bojangles Coliseum for those needing mass transit.
