Noise Advisory Forum Meets

CLT’s most recent Noise Advisory Forum brought together interested community members who wanted to learn more about the Airport and to participate in ongoing discussions about noise-related topics.

April’s meeting focused on CLT’s standard terminal arrivals (STARS) and standard departures (SIDS), and on how these structured routes improve safety and predictability.

The next meeting and ongoing education series on July 8 at the CLT Center will focus on Airport efforts to effect flight path changes under the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA). CLT Planning & Development will deliver a NEPA and Master Plan Briefing.
