What originally attracted you to working at CLT?
The City of Charlotte is one of the nicest cities in the U.S. when it comes to weather and a family-friendly environment.
Describe your typical workday.
I meet and greet our customers and get them to where they need to be. I also handle any issues that may have occurred, if there are any, and try to make their journey a pleasant memory.
What do you like most about working at CLT?
The hospitality of the south.
What daily attitude/saying/motto do you bring to your job?
The day is what you make it so why not make it a great one.
Do you have any fun memories or moments/stories from your time at CLT that you would like to share?
Our Polar Express. Delta has hosted a Polar Express flight three years in a row. It was great seeing the smiling faces of the children who were on their way to meet Santa.
What keeps you at CLT?
The friendly city of Charlotte and my job have kept me at CLT for more than a decade. I work for a great company, and I love what I do every day.
What makes the City of Charlotte a special place to live/work?
Awesome weather, good schools for my kids and again the southern hospitality.
What is the best advice you’ve gotten from someone since starting work at CLT?
Be kind to people, treat people the way you like to be treated.

Japan, I love to go and discover different countries with different cultures.
