- For Entry: Stop vehicle at gate arm and allow a few seconds for license plate to be read for gate arm to open. If gate arm does not open, scan QR code from booking confirmation.
- Maximum vehicle height for entrance is 7'6".
- Designated Express Deck shuttles located in front of Express Deck Preferred provide non-stop service to and from the terminal's lower level in Zone 2. Upon your return to Charlotte, exit the Baggage Claim/Lower Level doors and proceed to the Zone 2 Express Deck shuttle stop.
