Delete Your CLT Airport Account

We keep your data secure at CLT Airport. If you no longer wish to use your CLT Airport account, you can permanently delete it at any time through the website or mobile app.

On the website

1. Log in to your CLT Airport account.
2. Select Hi, [Your Name] or My CLT Account to open your account page.
3. Select Account Details.
4. Select Delete Account.
5. Follow the prompts to confirm deletion.

In the mobile app

1. Log in to the CLT Airport App.
2. Select Hi, [Your Name] or My CLT Account to open your account page.
3. Select Modify Details.
4. Select Delete Account.
5. Follow the prompts to confirm deletion.

What happens when I delete my account?

Deleting your account permanently removes your account and profile information. Once your account is deleted, it cannot be recovered. If you choose to create an account in the future, you will need to register again.
