The Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT) Commercial Development program aligns with the Airport’s core aviation mission by strategically leveraging CLT’s landholdings to attract high-quality commercial partners, stimulate regional economic activity, and support long-term airport growth. The Airport’s land assets enable a wide range of development opportunities—including industrial, logistics, office, hospitality, retail and mixed-use concepts—that complement airport operations and serve the needs of the broader Charlotte region.
