CLT Reports Latest Passenger Numbers

Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT) welcomed nearly 54 million passengers in 2025, making it the second busiest year on record, despite a 9% decrease from record-breaking 2024.

That record reflected years of unprecedented growth in the region.

International travel continued to be strong in 2025, down just 2% from 2024 and up 10% from 2023. CLT currently serves 43 international destinations and will begin nonstop service to Abu Dhabi, UAE, via Etihad Airways on March 20.
