Orlando remained the top domestic destination from CLT for the sixth consecutive year in 2025, while the rest of the top ten destinations swapped quite a few spots and even added a new city to the list. (Hint: It’s a dry heat!)

Dallas/Fort Worth and New York have flipped spots and are now ranked second and third.

Miami moved up two spots to fourth. Chicago dropped one position to fifth. Tampa jumped one spot to sixth, and Philadelphia rose two spots to land at seventh. Boston experienced the largest dip, falling from fifth to ninth, while Phoenix entered the rankings at eighth.

CLT to Toronto saw the largest decline, with enplanements (passengers boarding aircraft) down 13% from 2024, but it still remains the Airport’s sixth busiest international route.
